Every woman (and man) will deal with a miscarriage very individually, but I am sharing some of the things that helped us process our grief in the hope that they might help some of you.

Saying Goodbye

This organization does regular special services around the U.K. for parents who have lost children through miscarriage or infant loss.  Peter and I attended one a couple months after we lost our baby and found it incredibly meaningful and touching.  We cried through the whole thing but found it healing and a way to honour the life of our baby.
